EMBROIDERED BADGES OR PRINTED BADGES?
WHICH IS BEST FOR ME?

EMBROIDERED BADGES are great for larger orders but small quantities can be expensive to produce because of the set-up costs involved. There can also be problems embroidering small text and various other design attributes. (Just send us your artwork and we will gladly advise you on suitability and/or any design problems). We will usually make a minimum of 12 x embroidered fabric badges in sew-on or iron-on styles and the usual turnaround is 14-21 days from receipt of order. However, print is much more versatile in design terms and is also usually the better option for smallish quantities.

PRINTED BADGES are extremely versatile and hardwearing and you can use smaller text and unlimited colours in your design. The print process we use is 100% permanent and fully machine washable. The fabric weight is the same as our embroidered badges and the edges are overlocked (stitched) in exactly the same way. They are available in sew-on or iron-on styles and because we print everything in-house we have total control over all processes from artwork through to your finished badge. Turnaround is also faster - usually 10-14 days from receipt of order. Scroll down the page to see some examples.
